Do you know member Jim McCord? Most of us know him as "The Box Man".  Why?  Because Jim makes the most fantastic boxes you have ever seen.  His box making skill is legendary.  Don't believe it?  Just ask some of the Galleries that have featured his work over the years!

After 40 years of woodworking, Jim has developed a skill that is hard to match around the country.

 Over the years, Jim says he has not participated in Guild Shows and events, but he has participated in Show and Tell and we are anticipating his participation in the 2004 Woodworking Show.

When asked about his woodworking, Frank offers the following:

• Making Boxes (no surprise here)

 Favorite Hand Tool:

• Sandvik Scraper. - It is very versatile.

 Favorite Power Tool:

• Router - Again, a very versatile tool

 Favorite project:

• None really.  I take pride in everything I build.

Favorite Wood:

• Native Hard Woods - Cherry, Oak, Maple & Walnut
