The Kansas City Woodworkers'
Guild was developed with you in mind. Let us tell
you a little about our past. We operate as a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Woodworking in Kansas City. We promote the skill and craft of woodworking and provide education, information, fellowship, and organization to those interested in working with wood. The Guild also sponsors community outreach programs and similar activities. Our goals are accomplished through clinics, classes, workshops, programs, demonstrations, and networking with other guild members and the community. We offer:

At monthly meetings, members can improve woodworking techniques and skills through hands on demonstrations, guest speakers and discussions. The Guild supports its own Woodworking Shop, publishes a monthly newsletter with articles of interest, reports of events, notes, & comments, and sends out for sale/wanted ads and sponsors’ specials by E-mail. Many of our sponsors give members special prices and/or discounts on purchases of select tools and materials.
